Loverboy was thinking only the other day, now if there’s one artist who has released a Greatest Hits or three in his time, it’s Elton John. But when you have a career that has spanned nearly fifty years, it’s easy to see why. His music has literally been the soundtrack to our life, from dancing round the living room as a kid to ‘I’m Still Standing,’ to seeing The Lion King in the West End to crying over ‘Candle in the Wind’ at Princess Diana’s funeral, he was there every time.

But now, after releasing Diamonds at the end of last year, Elton has decided he’d like to hand some of the biggest songs he has written, with Bernie Taupin, over to some of his favourite artists and see how they handle them.  So on REVAMP, we have P!nk swooning her way through Benny & The Jets. Q-Tip unexpectedly duetting with Demi Levato on ‘Don’t Go Breaking My Heart’. The true queen of yodelling, sorry Wal-Mart boy, Florence & the Machine belting out ‘Tiny Dancer’. Plus our favourite, Miley, crooning through ‘Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me.’
