If you’re a regular round these parts then you’ll instantly recognise the latest work of the mysterious Venfield8 – and not just because of the logo! Always managing to get the hottest guys to wear not very much at all, (although it may not have been that hard), his images are pretty much all our fantasies come to life. Just take at look at his previous Loverboy shoots with Seth Fornea, Chase & Ross, Hunter Harden and Nickoles Alexander.
In his latest feature, he got up close and personal with Hairstylist & Gogo Dancer, Rene Rosales. Read our interview with him after the images…
How did you get involved with VENFIELD8?
A photographer I’d worked with introduced me to him. We hit it off and started working together a lot. We love creating cool images together.
How did you feel about the full frontal? Have you done it before?
I’m a total nudist so I was really excited, although a little nervous, going into it. But once we started shooting I was completely comfortable. This was my first real shoot going full frontal but I have lots of non professional photos on my only fans.
Do you have any funny anecdotes from the shoot?
Shooting with animals was new to me and even though some humans are hard to work with, two Doberman Pinschers were just that little bit harder.
You’re a hairstylist in Pasadena. What is the most in demand hairstyle right now?
Balayage and Long layers.
Whose hair would you most like to get your hands on?
Mariah Carey.
You’re also a Gogo dancer. Which clubs do you dance in?
Trunks, Penthouse, Faultline, The Eagle, Precinct, Splash, and Badlands to name a few. I’ve been blessed to be able to do a guest appearance at different clubs when I’m travelling. I’ve worked in Vegas at Piranha, on Fire Island and at a few places in Miami. I also sell shots at Micky’s and Precinct when I’m in Los Angeles.
What is your outfit & song of choice?
Raystraints. He’s an amazing designer and makes all his merchandise by hand. After falling in love with his work, I was lucky enough to become his brand ambassador. I’m wearing a Greek Key Harness and jock set in one of the photos in this spread. I’m really into ‘Level Up’ by Ciara right now.
What does the rest of 2018 hold for you?
I have a few more trips planned and staying booked both with hair and in the world of night life. Also creating more Art through photos.
Lastly we are named after the iconic Mariah Carey song, ‘Loverboy’. What is your favourite Mariah song?
This is a hard one because I have so many favourites. I’ve been a huge fan of MC since I was a kid. If I have to choose one it would be ‘Hero’ because it’s such an empowering song.
