For whatever reason, Loverboy has realised that our phrase of 2021 is most definitely, ‘If the stars are in alignment…’ and we are here to say that right now the stars could not be in more of an alignment if they were making the constellation of Orion’s belt itself! Actually those stars are kind of wonky, but we digress…..

It’s been days since Catalonia lowered the restrictions on clubs and here comes some of the greatest news of the year. Dance titans, Nina Kraviz and the one and only Laurent Garnier will be headed to Barcelona’s Poble Espanyol at the end of October as part of the city’s Off Sonar 2021 event.

Nina Kraviz will be taking over on Friday 29th October and bringing her outstanding taste in idiosyncratic electronic music and will be joined by Nrdx and Anika Kunst with Shlomi, Aber, Gaetano Parisio and Alisa Filatova taking over the second room.

Then on Saturday 30th October the icon that is Laurent Garnier will be giving us his take on techno along with support from Spanish legend Angel Molina, Shakti Alliance and Mystery Affair. Then over in the second room there is an all-female line-up with Femnoise collectives’ Josephine and Luna Martinez. 

Both nights will take place between 22:00 and 04:00 hours, at Hivernacle, in the unmistakable surroundings of the Plaza Mayor of Poble Espanyol.

Following the current COVID restrictions, dancing will be allowed without physical distancing. It is mandatory to wear a mask, except for eating or drinking in the designated areas. Entry will only be allowed upon presentation of an EU Covid pass or a negative PCR or antigen test.
