Much like when Gaga started out, this mystery performer, or indeed performers, has decided to shroud themselves in mystery and let the music speak for itself. We’ve only got the one song so far but it’s a banger. Introducing…FHB.

Why the mystery?
I really wanted to get everyone’s reaction to the music totally raw and also visually appreciate the art but not focus on things that don’t matter like our physical attributes. Discrimination, racism, sexism are still so alive in this world. I don’t want to be labeled. I want to be free and let my music and art speak for itself.

Sia is famous for hiding herself too. How are you different?
Well first the obvious, we are concealing our identities to the FULLEST extent. You cannot see who or what we look like under the mask anywhere and there is no pre-history on who FHB is. FHB is a complete mystery! Secondly, as much as I admire Sia, our music sounds completely different at the moment.

Who inspires your look?
Of course I’m inspired by the legendary Donatella Versace, Karl Lagerfeld and  Olivier Rousteing for their exquisite designs and remarkable creativity. However my sense of style and love for beauty and fashion since I was a little girl came from my mother. She is so elegant and glamorous while still being on trend. I remember sitting watching her get ready as a little g and admiring her beauty. I wanted to be a grown up so bad so i could fit into her clothes!

What inspires your music?
My different moods. My music is very relatable to who I am not just as an artist but personally. It’s heavily influenced on lifestyle and fashion and also on real life experiences that we all go through or feel.

Can you tell us about your next single?
The next single is called ‘Bags.’ It’s one of my favorites to perform. The beat is just insane!!! It’s a high tempo record that oozes confidence. It’s all about being a boss and just owning it.

Tell us how the LGBT is supporting you?
One of our very first shows was in Chicago at Market Days. The LGBTQ community was there with open arms to embrace my creativity and have been following my journey ever since.  I really don’t get a lot of questions from them about why I want to wear a mask and conceal my identity for the time being. They just get it.

Any plans for coming to the UK?
I would absolutely love to come to the UK!  I have never been and would love to do an entire tour overseas.

Where do you see FHB going?
All the way! From reaching every single fan through my music to the top of the charts.

What is your favourite Mariah Carey song?
I would sing ‘Hero’ as a kid over and over at the top of my lungs. It made me feel like there was nothing I couldn’t do!
