Ever wondered what you are doing with your life? It’s a question we ask ourselves at least every fifteen seconds. So it’s always nice to see someone suffer the same dilemma….or not. Yes, Body Electric’s Elias may be unsure of his future but he has no intention of suffering while he makes up his mind.

He knows what he wants – sex, partying and a sugar daddy. Throughout this cute and understated film, we see Elias acquiring different lovers, making outfits for drag queens and hanging out with his staff – against the advice of his manager.

It’s a pretty sweet life and director Marcelo Caetano certainly knows how to fill the screen with both beautiful scenery and characters. Besides Elias, we also fell in love with Wellington, the other gay at the office and his family of drag queens including Marcela Panther who knows ho to put on a show. After watching her for two minutes we want to get on the next flight to Brazil….like we didn’t before.
