In the last twelve months Loverboy’s listening tastes have seen a significant shift from Eartha Kitt to Electronic and from Tina Turner to…techno? We’re not too sure what is happening, just don’t call it a mid-life crisis because we are liiiiiving!

With these fresh new sounds ringing in our ears, we have been waiting patiently for the final lineup to be announced for this year’s Sónar 2020…and now it is here! Barcelona is spoiled for festivals but Sónar is special because it always brings you the most experimental and unexpected artists.

Last year’s highlights for Loverboy were Holly Herndon and her auto-tuned AI Swarm, chilling to Masego in the sun and screaming ‘Te quiero’ at Bad Bunny. The lineup this year looks equally fresh and exciting with legends like 2ManyDJs, the always uplifting The Black Madonna and the electronic icon that is James Murphy appearing alongside up and comers like Mura Masa, an exclusive from our French faves THE BLAZE and our eternal love, Arca, appearing for the first time at Sónar Night.

For fans of house and techno at both its most experimental and uplifting, the line up is fully stocked, with the likes of Joy Orbison,  KiNK, Âme, DJ Python and La Fleur to name a few.
