This season FIRE are bringing the heat as they will be serving up their characteristic barbecued cuisine out on the W Hotel’s world-famous Wet Deck. Twice a month FIRE’s Executive chef Carlotta Delicato, will be awakening our senses with different dishes, different cooking techniques and even different chefs on the bill.

Not only that but this event is the opportunity to celebrate female chefs with Carlotta inviting Iolanda Bustos, Laura Verguas & Carlota Claver to bring their own energy and menus to the table. THE BONFIRE menu is based on FIRE’s innovative dishes and in addition to the exquisite creations of chefs Iolanda, Laura and Carlota,  new dishes have been exclusively designed for the occasion, like flambé wild sea bass, spider crab and crème brulee.
