" I spent the whole song dealing with feathers and tears."
Like we said the other day, it’s fair to say that here at Loverboy, we are no body fascists. Dress it up in something cute and we’ll be down. Same goes for a dancer – we can’t think of a music video where we DON’T have a crush on the backing dancer. (Shout out to the guy in the white shorts in Gaga’s Marry the Night video.) Anyway this all brings us back, a few years back, to when we chatted with someone who has danced with everyone from Kylie to Britney and he’s a top DJ to boot. He ticks all our boxes, he hot, can dance and dress well. We love him hard. He’s Marco Da Silva.

What do you prefer – DJing/dancing/choreographing/modelling?
I get asked that a lot and it’s such a difficult question since I have a different love for each of them! Do I HAVE to choose? It would be dancing because it’s like the first boyfriend. You’ll never forget him.
What has been the most surreal moment of your career so far?
Way too many…first that comes to mind is the A List only, private Golden Globes after party where I DJ’ed and literally the whole dancefloor was Hollywood one on one. I played a three hour hip hop set – go figure.
When you started dancing was there anyone who made you say ‘One day I will dance with them’?
Absolutely. It was and always will be Janet Jackson – hand on my heart I am happy it is still a dream. What’s life without having a dream?
How’s the acting going?
Slower than I would have liked because I find it hard to find time to be in class! It’s disappointing because my teacher says I am actually good!
Who is the best dancer out of Kylie, Britney and Geri?
It’s not fair to judge or put any artist on the spot because they have different backgrounds but someone who surprised me the most was Kylie for sure.
What is your favourite Kylie experience so far?
Having the privilege of being her only dancer and main feature in her ‘All I See’ video.
Which song do you wish you could experience for the first time again?
‘Better The Devil You Know’ on the opening night of The Homecoming Tour! It was BEYOND emotional for everybody. I spent the whole song dealing with feathers and tears.
